SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to Home Street Serviced Apartments, also known as American Heartland, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “HSSA”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all SMS communications between HSSA and its guests, vendors, and business contacts.

SMS Messaging Program

HSSA uses SMS text messaging exclusively to deliver transactional and operational information. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages you may receive include:

  • Arrival instructions and check-in details for your unit
  • WiFi credentials and network information specific to your unit
  • Package and delivery notifications
  • Maintenance scheduling, updates, and completion notices
  • Responses to inbound messages you send to us directly
  • Other operational information related to your stay or service engagement

If you initiate a text message conversation with us, we may respond and continue that conversation as needed to assist you.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from HSSA by providing your mobile phone number through our booking process, contact forms, or by texting us directly. By doing so, you consent to receive the types of messages described above.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is based on your specific stay, service request, or inquiry. You will only receive messages that are directly relevant to your engagement with HSSA. HSSA and its carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. HSSA is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier in connection with SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from HSSA at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Following that, no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Please note that opting out of SMS communications does not affect any other form of communication (email, phone) related to your booking or service agreement.

Privacy

Your mobile number and any information you share via SMS will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available through all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary.

Limitation of Liability

HSSA is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or third-party service providers. SMS messaging is not guaranteed to be a secure or error-free communication channel. For time-sensitive or critical matters, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://homestreetsa.com/sms-terms/. Continued use of our SMS service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
